SeitenWechsel is a unique training programme that provides an opportunity for personal development and offers an insight into the world of social institutions. Participants complete a week-long work placement at a social institution, such as an addiction clinic, a psychiatric clinic or a workplace for people with disabilities. This shift in perspective allows participants to develop new social and leadership skills.
